These documents describe the Tecoow presentation website. Project contracts and separately operated products may have their own terms and notices.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which remains in the browser until it is cleared. Romanian Law 506/2004 applies to storing or accessing information on a user’s device, not only to files named cookies.

Tecoow does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, social-media pixels or behavioural analytics. We use limited first-party storage for language and privacy choices. Optional OpenStreetMap content is blocked until you allow it.

4. Consent and necessary storage
Storage needed to remember your language request, protect the service and record your privacy choice is used for requested functionality and compliance. Optional third-party map requests rely on consent. Refusing the map does not restrict the rest of the website.
Consent must be freely given, specific and informed. No optional map request is sent before you choose “Allow the map” or “Allow and load the map”.
5. Change or withdraw your choice
Use “Privacy settings” in every page footer to change the choice. Selecting “Necessary only” prevents future map loading. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block and delete cookies or local storage. Blocking all storage may prevent the website from remembering language and privacy choices, so you may be asked again. Browser controls do not erase data already transmitted to a third party while optional content was enabled.
7. OpenStreetMap
The map is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which describes itself as an independent controller. Its services receive technical request data and may use infrastructure in several countries. 8. Updates and contact
We update this table before adding new analytics, advertising or other optional technologies. If the purpose requires consent, it will remain disabled until a valid choice is made. Questions can be sent to office@tecoow.com.
